NextDoor Ops - Terms of Use

5. Payment Terms

Engaging with NextDoor Ops for staffing or related services constitutes acceptance of our payment policies as outlined in the service agreement. Key terms include:

  • All fees are due as invoiced and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing;

  • Payment must be made in the currency and timeframe specified in your agreement;

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for late or unpaid invoices.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextDoor Ops disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;

  • Any warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;

  • Any warranties regarding the results obtained from the use of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NextDoor Ops or its officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;

  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;

  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to NextDoor Ops in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NextDoor Ops and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

NextDoor Ops reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Austin, Texas.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and NextDoor Ops with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
